Instrument is a remote-first digital product and brand experience agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Paralegal to support our Agency on a part-time basis.

In Short

• Contract Review & Summary: Review and summarize redlines to MSAs, NDAs, and other client-related agreements.
• Contract Analysis: Analyze contract language to identify legal risks and obligations.
• Database Creation & Maintenance: Build and maintain a structured contract database.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on contract terms.
• Compliance Monitoring: Track key dates and obligations for ongoing compliance.
• Legal Research: Support contract review activities with relevant legal research.
• Document Management: Maintain organized records of executed contracts and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements.
• Proficiency with document and contract management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Experience in a creative agency or technology environment is a plus.
