In Short

• Review, clean, and annotate text data to improve ChatAgent’s AI understanding and accuracy.
• Train the AI by labeling intents, correcting responses, and identifying misclassifications.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs and adjust training samples to enhance automation quality.
• Work closely with the Product and AI teams to maintain consistent logic across industries.
• Follow clear guidelines to ensure annotations are accurate, consistent, and high-quality.
• Identify patterns, edge cases, and weak spots in AI performance to guide improvements.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Experience with data labeling, content review, or AI training (preferred but not required).
• Clear analytical thinking and the ability to spot inconsistencies in language or logic.
• Comfort working remotely with discipline and ownership of your tasks.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and how conversational systems learn.
• Strong English reading and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
