Overview

The PSC Supervisor is responsible for providing daily guidance to designated team members to foster team cohesion and effective collaboration, both within the team and with other IHI colleagues, while ensuring efficient operations and a positive patient experience and engagement.

In Short

  • Participate in the creation, evaluation, and refinement of departmental workflows.
  • Make recommendations and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and year-end evaluations for assigned team members.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to establish departmental and individual goals.
  • Present updates on processes, project status, or compliance matters.
  • Monitor and approve time worked, including overtime, in ADP.
  • Manage time-off requests and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
