In Short

• Remote work opportunity

• Handle emails and customer inquiries
• Support organizational processes in daily office operations
• Coordinate appointments and tasks
• Maintain and update our online shop (product texts, availability, images)
• Communicate with suppliers, partners, and service providers
• Monitor orders and reorder processes
• Gain insight into the operations of a successful e-commerce company

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Media Management, Communication Sciences, Marketing, or E-Commerce
• Structured, reliable, and responsible work ethic
• Enjoyment of organization and communication
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Shopify, Canva)
• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
• Identification with Inliebekind's values and a sense for families, daily life, and design
