In Short

• Support clients as an external occupational safety specialist according to § 6 ASiG.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and ASA meetings.
• Create and maintain operational instructions, training materials, and training concepts.
• Advise clients on all occupational safety issues, including audits or certifications (e.g., ISO 45001).
• Contribute to the further development of internal processes and tools for digital support.

Requirements

• Completed training as an occupational safety specialist or a degree in safety engineering/engineering with appropriate further training.
• Initial professional experience as a safety engineer is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
• Independent, structured working style, and confident presence with clients.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of consulting.
