• Join the Clermont-Ferrand agency within the Urban Development department.
• Participate in various projects for public or private clients.
• Engage in urban renewal programs from conception to realization.
• Work on active mode deployment at metropolitan or departmental levels.
• Handle private projects ensuring all external developments.

• Collaborate with experienced teams and project managers.
• Define necessary data for studies and design principles.
• Supervise a draftsman for graphic pieces development.
• Assist project managers during design and construction phases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with at least one year of experience in urban development or public works.
• General knowledge in various technical areas of urban development and VRD.
• Experience in project management and technical writing.
• Familiarity with urban roads, public spaces, and cycling facilities.
• Understanding of urban transport, earthworks, and hydraulics.
• Expertise in one of the mentioned domains is appreciated.
