Project Manager in Deconstruction and Asbestos Removal - Remote

Overview

As part of the North East region of INGEROP, you will be attached to the Strasbourg agency, known for its rich historical heritage and dynamic multicultural environment.

In Short

• Participate in analyzing consultation files and preparing technical and financial offers for deconstruction and asbestos removal projects.
• Manage projects from initiation to closure, including team structuring and project management tools.
• Conduct technical studies and coordinate various internal and external expert studies.
• Write study reports and technical memos.
• Analyze offers from external companies and manage project documentation.
• Facilitate work meetings and ensure task planning and deadline management.
• Oversee project budgets and provide strategic advice on pollution treatment and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and current legislation.
• Conduct industrial monitoring on emerging technologies and regulations regarding deconstruction and waste management.
• Engage in continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent Bac+5) or technician with significant experience and leadership.
• Experience in industry, construction, or infrastructure project management or technical expertise in deconstruction and pollution treatment.
• Solid knowledge in demolition, industrial dismantling, urban site redevelopment, recycling, and waste valorization.
• Familiarity with industrial standards and regulations.
• Proficient in project management techniques and methodologies.
• Strong skills in team facilitation and problem anticipation.
• Knowledge of software: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
