Overview

InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is currently searching for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our corporate office. This is a remote position, with potential future meetings in the Reston area.

In Short

• Assist in creating and distributing internal communications.
• Coordinate open enrollments and training for employee benefits programs.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment law.
• Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategies.
• Review and select resumes during hiring processes.
• Submit compliance reports.
• Process complaints regarding workplace harassment.
• Maintain employee personnel records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong detail-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
