In Short

• Provide technical and functional support for users of SAP HCM modules
• Diagnose and solve technical and operational issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement improvements and updates in the modules
• Document procedures and support solutions, ensuring process standardization
• Conduct training and workshops to empower end-users on the use of SAP HCM PY modules
• Meet SLA for tickets and address improvements

Requirements

• Experience with support and maintenance of SAP HCM modules
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM PY modules
• Experience with payroll maintenance/configuration
• Knowledge of rules and schemes
• Knowledge of Benefits
• Knowledge of eSocial
• Legal reports for Brazil
• Knowledge of Success Factors and integration with SAP HCM
• Experience in implementing SAP HCM S4Hanna projects
• Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
