Overview

As an Associate with Inclusive Employers, you will deliver high-quality training and consultancy services focused on Inclusion and Diversity both virtually and in person.

In Short

  • Deliver consultancy and training both virtually and in person.
  • Work on an ad hoc assignment led basis.
  • Support clients with Inclusion and Diversity training and consultancy.
  • Must reside within The Midlands area of the UK.
  • Operate as a registered UK limited company.
  • Deliver engaging learning interventions.
  • Provide practical inclusion and diversity expertise.
  • Work independently with no obligation for future assignments.
  • Clear scope of work for each assignment.
  • Fee structure set by Inclusive Employers.

Requirements

  • Experience in Inclusion and Diversity training and consultancy.
  • Ability to deliver workshops and webinars.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Must have a Limited Company and be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering learning interventions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., IR35).
  • Willingness to adhere to key principles set by Inclusive Employers.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Flexibility to accept or decline assignments.
