In Short

• Lead the successful implementation of assigned brand projects from conception to completion.
• Suggest process optimization ideas and create implementation plans.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels.
• Generate innovative ideas and brand initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics.
• Perform other Executive Project Manager tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
• 1+ years of project management/marketing specialist experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA).
• Strong ability to formulate clear and actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
• Solid understanding of branding and broader marketing disciplines.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth.
