Sr. Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager will work with all departments, employees, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans that will deliver on schedule and within budget and scope. The Senior Project Manager will measure project performance and communicate with management regarding the status of various projects.

In Short

• Coordinate all phases of the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Develop schedules that accurately reflect the scope of the work.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross functional teams.
• Gather and define project requirements from internal and/or external teams.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for large-scale projects.
• Measure project performance against budgeted cost and milestones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coach and mentor project team members.
• Facilitate communication amongst various departments.
• Assess and mitigate risk associated with project plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly adaptable.
