Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house.

In Short

• Lead and develop a high-performing team driving forecasting, scheduling, and productivity optimization.
• Take ownership from strategy through execution to deliver measurable improvements.
• Own capacity planning strategy, partnering with Operations and Finance teams.
• Drive critical enterprise initiatives translating strategic priorities into operational outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and AI teams to improve efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare operations preferred.
