Remote Operations Associate

Overview

The Remote Operations Associate will support order management and logistics for our U.S. distribution network, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, compliance documentation, and data management processes.

In Short

• Process and fulfill daily orders in Canix.
• Track and verify order completion.
• Create and manage outgoing transfers in Metrc.
• Prepare and send delivery documentation and invoices.
• Manage and update product listings and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based operations and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of processed orders.
• Participate in virtual team meetings.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Document standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with Canix or Metrc is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Flexible to work night shifts.
• Available to work on-site at Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne.
