The Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on identifying, assessing, and activating therapist contractors for a global network, ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Assign and monitor mandatory online training modules.
  • Curate therapist talent pools across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with the TA Lead for issue management.
  • Contribute to scaling a global therapist network.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of mental health professional qualifications.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing candidates.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and independently.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS and digital onboarding platforms.
  • Attention to detail for compliance verification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to track and report on onboarding progress.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible workload.
