Technical Outsource Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Outsource Manager to strengthen our team, who will act as an intermediary between our high-tech client and the remote teams in Bulgaria. The role involves creating, maintaining, and expanding business relationships, managing customer relationships, and providing technical support.

In Short

• Act as a liaison between clients and remote teams.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
• Conduct on-site meetings with clients.
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Provide technical consulting and advice.
• Identify new leads and manage follow-up project sales.
• Ensure bidirectional communication between teams and clients.
• Recognize and address deviations in quality, delivery, and budget.
• Participate in creating and aligning the outsourcing product roadmap.
• Contribute to structural solutions for nearshoring gaps.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Strong communication skills across functions and teams.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a software development environment.
• Deep experience in software design and development.
• Experience leading SCRUM-based projects.
• Experience with outsourcing is a plus.
• Very good English and German communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site with clients regularly.
• Willingness to travel to Bulgaria frequently.
