MCA Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a MCA Analyst, you will conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis on the underlying loans and properties that collateralize Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities transactions, assisting with loan valuations and special projects.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on CMBS transactions.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in credit research.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters, CFA, or FRM preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Excel, VBA, and MSSQL skills.
• Creative thinker with an analytical approach.
