Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 25+ years of experience. Team members come from a diverse set of backgrounds, but share a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.

In Short

• Help own the UX design of various features.
• Collaborate with game design, art, engineering, and audio.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other deliverables.
• Drive UX design from concept through implementation.
• Communicate and present UX goals and designs.
• Assist in user research and playtests.
• Minimum of 4 years working on UX.
• Strong knowledge of user experience design principles.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• A passion for games and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years working on UX, shipping title(s) as a senior UX designer or related position.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of user experience design principles and how they translate to interface design.
• Proficiency demonstrating user needs through design and prototyping tool(s) such as Figma or Adobe Suite.
• A personal passion for games and staying on top of the latest trends in the industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking and deliverables.
