Web3 Marketing Executive - Remote

Overview

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a growth agency specializing in 0 to 1 marketing for web3 teams. When you work with them, you onboard a CMO and their team, and gain access to all of their capabilities, resources, and connections from working with 8+ web3 venture teams spanning a wide array of sectors, including L1 blockchains, Defi, value extraction AI, zkDID, and gaming.

In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our web3 products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, understand customer needs, and develop buyer personas.
• Collaborate with the product team to define and refine value propositions and messaging aligned with our web3 solutions.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
• Drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the web3 space through content creation, thought pieces, blog posts, and speaking engagements.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in web3 marketing and decentralized technologies.
• Support event marketing efforts, including industry conferences, meetups, and virtual events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the blockchain industry. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Understanding of the web3 ecosystem.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for decentralized technologies and a desire to contribute to the web3 ecosystem.
