Web3 Community Manager - Remote

Overview

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a growth agency specializing in 0 to 1 marketing for web3 teams. When you work with them, you onboard a CMO and their team, and gain access to all of their capabilities, resources, and connections from working with 8+ web3 venture teams spanning a wide array of sectors, including L1 blockchains, Defi, value extraction AI, zkDID, and gaming.

In Short

• Actively engage with the community across various channels.
• Create and curate engaging content.
• Moderate community discussions.
• Build strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
• Plan and organize events and initiatives.
• Act as the voice of the community within the project team.
• Develop strategies to attract and onboard new community members.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in community management.
• Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in content creation and social media management.
• Knowledge of marketing and growth strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for decentralized technologies and the web3 ecosystem.
