Overview

We are seeking a Lead Game Designer to join our team and help shape the future of Oxide: Survival Island, an immersive survival shooter for mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and monetization strategies that captivate and retain players.

Requirements

• Proven track record in designing progression systems and monetization strategies.
• Strong understanding of player psychology and mobile gaming KPIs.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for survival shooters and knowledge of relevant games.
• Experience with data analytics and interpreting player behavior metrics.
