  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to guide strategy and communicate ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest ad trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
  • Manage budgets across multiple campaigns while ensuring efficient spend allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in media buying and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
