In Short

• Provide individual and group therapy using trauma-informed and identity-affirming approaches.
• Co-facilitate HUE’s Grief Recovery Program and community healing groups.
• Support clients navigating trauma, grief, HIV-related challenges, housing instability, and complex systems.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and referrals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate across HUE’s ecosystem to coordinate holistic care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain HUE’s standard of care: every client interaction has a documented next step.

Requirements

• Active Texas licensure or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Ability to build trust with diverse communities, including Black and Brown communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people of faith.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, community-centered care.
• Alignment with HUE’s mission and values.

• Minimum caseload: 25 sessions/week after ramp-up.
