This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Fintech Foundation team, responsible for optimizing pricing for all ancillary products we sell.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to understand business requirements and product construction related to pricing.
• Create datasets for analysis and modeling through data engineering.
• Implement automated, reusable ML training pipelines.
• Create and push models to production.
• Monitor pricing models to identify weaknesses and opportunities.
• Run A/B tests on new data sources and algorithms.
• Analyze historical performance and diagnose impacts of external events.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in a quantitative field like math, physics, statistics, or economics.
• Two or more years of experience in data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
• Strong coding skills with SQL and Python.
• Pragmatic approach valuing business impact over statistical nuance.
