Overview

As a Corporate Travel Consultant at HonorBuilt, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel coordination and support to employees in a fully remote capacity.

In Short

• Manage domestic U.S. travel bookings including air, hotel, and car rentals.
• Utilize Sabre GDS for travel management and ticketing.
• Maintain traveler profiles in Concur.
• Handle complex itineraries and last-minute changes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to employees and suppliers.
• Support during out-of-hours emergencies.
• Implement cost-saving strategies.
• Stay informed about industry changes and travel policies.
• Respond effectively to travel disruptions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with GDS systems, preferably Sabre.
• Previous experience in a corporate travel role.
• Proficiency in Concur or similar tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
