We’re Hiring a Junior Graphic Designer! 🎨✨ You won’t just be executing designs, you’ll be supporting brand storytelling and helping bring creative ideas to life across digital channels. 🚀

In Short

• Adapt and apply existing brand guidelines across multiple digital formats.
• Design high-quality social media pieces for organic and paid channels.
• Create paid media assets that are clear, on-brand, and performance-ready.
• Design web banners for campaigns and promotions.
• Support video editing needs for social and digital platforms.
• Work primarily in Figma and Adobe Suite to execute designs efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to implement feedback and iterate quickly.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of design experience, internships, or freelance work in a fast-paced or digital environment.
• A solid foundation in graphic design (formal education or hands-on experience).
• Comfortable working in Figma and the Adobe Suite.
• Video editing experience (basic to intermediate level is great).
• Confident designing for social media and paid ads.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Enjoy collaboration and are open to feedback and iteration.
• Eager to learn, improve, and grow as a designer.
