AVEVA PI Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AVEVA PI (OSIsoft PI) professional with strong expertise in PI development, customization, and support, for the Pulp & Paper Business Industry.

In Short

• Design, develop, and configure PI tags, PI AF, and PI Event Frames.
• Build and deploy PI Vision dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations.
• Develop custom PI interfaces, connectors, and data integrations with third-party systems.
• Automate workflows using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, and PI Web API.
• Provide L2/L3 support for AVEVA PI environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security of PI Servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data collection and visualization.
• Integrate PI with business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with OT/IT teams for seamless data flow.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System.
• Strong knowledge of PI Interfaces, Connectors, and DataLink.
• Experience with PI AF SDK, PI Web API, C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Automation Systems.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in system upgrades and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
