Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with experience in the forex industry to join our team in Malaysia.

In Short

• Act as the local HR contact for the project of establishing a local center in Malaysia.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth execution of HR matters.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and ensure compliance with HR practices.
• Manage the employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Adjust HR practices to meet local business needs and legal requirements.
• Bridge between local office and HC in various HR practices.
• Work with HRBP to resolve employee relations issues.
• Manage cultural programs and reflect company culture in the local office.
• Support local vendor procurement when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in HR management, preferably in the forex industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Experience in payroll management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt HR practices to local needs.
• Experience in managing company culture initiatives.
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
