Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with experience in U.S. immigration law and familiarity with Canadian immigration processes to support a busy immigration law practice.

In Short

• Full-Time Contractor position.
• Remote workplace.
• Compensation of USD $1,000 to $1,500/month.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
• Focus on preparing employment-based and family-based immigration cases.
• Manage documentation and assemble application packages for attorney review.
• Highly organized and proactive candidates preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Support attorneys with well-prepared case packages.
• Use Serenade immigration software and OneDrive for documentation management.

Requirements

• Experience in U.S. immigration law.
• Familiarity with Canadian immigration processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and independent work ethic.
• Ability to manage case files and documentation efficiently.
• Experience with DS-160 and DS-260 forms.
• Knowledge of immigration case documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve common immigration issues.
• Strong communication skills for drafting letters and assembling packages.
• Experience with legal software and shared documentation systems.
