Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile Games) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile Games) to help shape the next generation of movement-based mobile gaming — where every step, sprint, or stretch powers in-game progress.

In Short

• Design player-centered experiences that bridge the real world with interactive gameplay.
• Own the end-to-end experience from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and game designers.
• Lead the UX design process through research, flows, and playtesting.
• Translate gameplay and product goals into intuitive interfaces.
• Design clean, consistent, and visually engaging UI elements.
• Work with the art team to ensure polished implementation across platforms.
• Participate in feedback loops and design reviews.
• Build interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
• Continuously test and improve designs based on user experience data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile game or interactive UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing player-focused UX flows.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or XD.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of mobile design principles.
• Experience designing UI in Unity is a plus.
• Background in fitness or gamified wellness is a plus.
• Experience conducting usability testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with animation for UI transitions is a plus.
