Junior Media Buyer - Remote

Overview

We're hiring a Junior Media Buyer to support both internal agency operations and light client-facing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, excellent time management skills, and confidence in executing social media content, ad support, and executive ops tasks with minimal handholding.

In Short

• Support lower-tier client campaigns including social graphics and ad maintenance.
• Manage internal documentation, scheduling, and agency operations.
• Design static social media graphics for various clients.
• Create multiple static ad variations from creative briefs.
• Set up and manage Meta ads campaigns with provided targeting.
• Track ad performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Report on campaign performance using Meta's analytics tools.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
• Work with diverse brand identities and creative projects.
• Flexible schedule with required overlap in working hours.

Requirements

• Graphic design experience with social content and/or digital advertising.
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager for campaign management.
• Ability to design within brand guidelines.
• Understanding of high-performing ad elements.
• Comfortable with performance metrics like CTR and CPM.
• Strong communication skills and experience with collaboration tools.
• Excellent time management and detail-oriented.
