Senior Product Manager, Consumer - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, Consumer, you are responsible for creating consumer-facing product experiences in service of our mission to manage the world's blood pressure. To do so, you will deeply understand their needs throughout the user journey — all while managing the product roadmap, feature development, and the KPIs that measure our impact.

In Short

• Identify product opportunities via market research, customer interviews, and analytics
• Create, prioritize, and evangelize the product roadmap
• Lead a cross functional team through product discovery and development
• Establish and collect success metrics (KPIs) to ensure we are achieving our intended outcomes
• Manage change and ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment
• Focus on customer needs throughout the user journey
• Regular travel to engineering centers in Switzerland and Belgrade
• Work remotely but available during European work hours

Requirements

• Experience in product management, particularly for consumer products
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with KPI management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
