The Mental Health Technician is responsible for maintaining safety and structure within the healthcare environment by observing and recording patient information, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing crisis intervention under nursing supervision.

Requirements

• Non-violent crisis intervention certification required within six months.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Act 34, 33, and 73 criminal background clearances.
• Preferred 1-3 years of mental health or clinical experience.
