Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Program Director to lead the strategy and execution of our product delivery engine, ensuring alignment across product management, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• Deep experience in product management and engineering.
• 5+ years leading large-scale PLM or product operations programs.
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Deep expertise in product lifecycle frameworks.
• Track record of influencing without authority.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (Master’s preferred).
