The Customer Marketing Associate will support customer engagement and growth initiatives, focusing on nurturing existing customers, driving retention, and uncovering expansion opportunities through targeted marketing programs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or lifecycle marketing (SaaS experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the customer journey.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
