The Agile Delivery Manager at Neon One leads and manages a team of Scrum Masters, driving the adoption and maturity of Agile practices to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development environments, including SaaS.
• 3+ years as an Agile Coach or 5+ years as a multi-team Scrum Master.
• Proven experience managing Scrum Masters.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• One or more Agile certifications.
• Passion for nonprofit technology.
