• Earn up to $90 per clinical hour based on experience, specialty, and priority needs.
• Flexible pay options: W2, 1099, hourly, or salary.
• Clinicians are paid per client hour, following our private practice model.
• Bilingual clinicians in Spanish and those comfortable with children under 12 receive top priority and higher pay rates.
• Flexible scheduling to create a caseload that aligns with your goals.
• Work/life balance is central to our practice.
• Full-time (20+ billable hours/week) earns $70,000–$110,000 annually.
• Malpractice liability insurance provided.
• No administrative work, marketing, or billing responsibilities.
• Options for in-office or hybrid work.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Willingness to work with clients of all ages and demographics, with preference for those comfortable seeing children under 12.
