Controller / Finance Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Controller with a strong affinity for numbers and a clear commercial focus to effectively pursue company goals while meeting the needs of all stakeholders in a dynamic startup environment.

In Short

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for operational areas in all commercial matters.
• Participate actively in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.
• Create monthly cost center reports and automate them.
• Manage and continuously develop existing project controlling.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards in Power BI for stakeholders.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from adjacent departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or Business Informatics.
• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• High data affinity and analytical, innovative thinking with flexibility and responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent in German and English.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and AI applications is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive work style.
