Overview

Health Routine is seeking a CRO Designer & Frontend Developer to create visually appealing and high-performing landing pages that drive conversions.

In Short

• Design and implement high-performing landing pages in Webflow.
• Continuous conversion optimization through A/B testing, heatmaps, and performance analysis.
• Maintain and optimize product and offer pages in Shopify.
• Implement design and content changes using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and possibly JavaScript.
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing direct-response landing pages.
• Strong understanding of how design, layout, and copy influence purchasing decisions.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid, and ideally JavaScript.
• Basic experience with Shopify (maintenance, theme customization, templates).
• Structured working style and a sense for modern web design.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English for working with tools and platforms.
