Client Success Engineer - Remote

Overview

Health Gorilla is hiring a Client Success Engineer who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional value to our customers throughout their entire journey, from pre-sales to implementation and ongoing support.

In Short

• Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to provide technical insights.
• Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers.
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and product teams.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or customer success.
• Experience with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Internet Security protocols.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $122,000 to $145,000.
