Mental Health Therapist (Licensed) - Remote Position

Overview

This role involves providing quality mental health care to students in a virtual setting, working with a diverse team to ensure accessible healthcare for children and families.

In Short

• Start Date: April/May with two months off (paid) July-September.
• Permanent full-time W2 position with flexibility in scheduling.
• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling.
• Conduct assessments and create individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care management teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to guidelines.
• Participate in trainings and team activities.
• Willingness to gain licensure in other states.
• Bilingual skills are a strong plus.
• Available for 10-month employment (school-year based).

Requirements

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC without restrictions.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting.
• Strong technological skills for digital documentation.
• Effective communication with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct clinical assessments.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Willingness to go through Hazel’s credentialing process.
