Requirements

• Active license to sell Personal Lines (PL) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Must be comfortable handling 20-30 inbound calls daily.
• Ability to maintain state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong teamwork and independent work skills.
• Willingness to work during scheduled training hours.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
