We are seeking a highly analytical Remote QA Compliance Analyst to play a key role in our Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance operations. This position is essential for managing compliance audits, regulatory documentation, and quality control processes across multiple global markets. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

In Short

• Analyze quality data, audit findings, and compliance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop data-driven insights to enhance internal QA processes and documentation efficiency.
• Investigate root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Monitor global regulatory updates and assess their impact on internal compliance strategies.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure packaging compliance across different markets.
• Verify compliance of TGA listings & Final Product Specifications (Australia).
• Ensure Health Canada listings & Final Product Specifications are aligned.
• Proofread master formulations, product specs, and packaging for global markets.
• Conduct external audits to verify manufacturer compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Organize and maintain manufacturer & 3rd party testing records for global markets.

Requirements

• Highly analytical mindset – Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills – Experience identifying and resolving compliance-related issues.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) & Compliance – Preferably in food tech, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance – Familiarity with TGA, Health Canada, FDA, EU, and GMP standards.
• Proficiency in documentation management – Ability to organize and maintain detailed records efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills – Clear, professional correspondence with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently – Self-motivated and efficient in a remote work setting.
