Handshake is hiring a Technical Lead Manager, Machine Learning to help advance our AI product and infrastructure vision towards our mission of democratizing opportunity for millions of students.

In Short

• Lead a lean team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of industry ML experience.
• Experience as Tech Lead or Manager.
• End-to-End experience building AI systems.
• Background in recommendations, NLP, deep learning, etc.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
