Principal Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Handshake is hiring a Principal Product Manager to help us deliver a world class consumer experience. More than half of college students in the US have a profile on Handshake but they’re using the platform primarily as a transactional job board. In order to fully realize our mission and goals, we need to better engage students through content and community — and in this role, you will be critical to ensuring this.

In Short

• Ensure cohesive product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Represent product area to executives and translate strategies to the team.
• Help set clear goals for the squad.
• Prioritize and collaborate on the roadmap with stakeholders.
• Work closely with design, marketing, engineering, and data teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of customer needs.
• Experience in marketplace dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing a consumer social product with 1M+ active users.
• Comfortable using data for decision-making.
