Position Overview: 

Halo Branded Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect to lead the architecture of our data engineering platforms and enterprise data solutions. This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data architectures that support our business objectives and drives analytics and data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Lead the architecture of enterprise data solutions, including data platforms and integrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data models that support business processes.
• Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security.
• Design and implement a medallion architecture in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and architect data across various systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work with business leaders on data needs and solutions.
• Manage security access in compliance with company policies.
• Be available for occasional on-call support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks.
• Experience with Master Data Management tools.
• Experience with AWS and Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience in agile development environments.
