In Short

• Responsible for invoicing to a defined customer group
• Regular coordination with customer representatives and support for billing questions
• Creating customers and projects in agency software while monitoring financial status
• Recording customer payments and supporting dunning processes
• Monitoring open receivables and clarifying discrepancies
• First point of contact for all billing questions in the area of responsibility

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in accounts receivable and a completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Attention to detail and a true team player
• Reliable, independent work style with persuasive skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
