In Short

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from conception to successful implementation.
• Consult clients on the development of their Salesforce solutions.
• Implement configuration outputs in Salesforce.
• Conduct requirement workshops, analyze requirements, and create concepts.
• Manage project roadmaps and resources in close coordination with clients.
• Collaborate closely with developers and support teams.
• Control projects and document progress and solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the Salesforce environment, ideally in a mix of consulting and project management (min. 3 years).
• Practical experience in working on agile projects.
• Solid knowledge in Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud.
• Desirable: Experience in Experience Cloud, Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant).
• Strong understanding of business processes and their representation in Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills and structured working style.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Strong interest in intensive engagement with these topics.
