Jurist/Legal Consultant (m/f/d) - 4-Day Work Week - Remote

Overview

You are passionate about E-Commerce and Legal matters, eager to shape projects from the beginning, and can convey legal issues in a clear and understandable way? Then you are exactly right with us! In addition to advising and solving legal questions, our lawyers participate in the implementation and application of new legal products and support the further development of existing products.

In Short

• Personal consultation and resolution of legal questions for our members, particularly in areas such as distance selling law, obligation law, commercial legal protection, labeling obligations for goods, and data protection law.
• Shop depth examination of our members.
• Telephone and written (chat, email) consultation of members regarding legal security in online trade and its implementation.
• Research on legal issues and topics in the area of E-Commerce.
• Monitoring legislative processes and (further) development of solutions for our legal products.
• Creation of legal information (e.g., information sheets) for our members.
• Cross-departmental collaboration with other business areas.

Requirements

• At least the first legal state examination and ideally first experience in the aforementioned legal fields.
• Interest in legal work in an innovative industry, interest in Legal Tech, and a special affinity for E-Commerce and IT law.
• Strong customer and service orientation with an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Basic understanding of technical contexts.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and thus a high level of communication skills and empathy.
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written (at least C1).
