Overview

The Readiness and Environmental Protection Specialist is responsible for providing integrated support to the Army National Guard (ARNG) Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration Program, collaborating with environmental professionals, and assisting installations in program management.

In Short

  • Provide technical reviews of ARNG ACUB documents.
  • Conduct presentations at ARNG and DoD-wide Conferences.
  • Coordinate REPI Working Group meetings.
  • Support installation Program Management Reviews.
  • Ensure REPI Database is updated and accurate.
  • Edit documents as requested by ARNG.
  • Coordinate with outside stakeholders on ARNG actions.
  • Provide monthly input on REPI/ACUB News and Notes.
  • Requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Position is hybrid with 60% remote and 40% onsite.

Requirements

  • United States citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in finance and environmental stewardship.
  • Experience with Form SF-270.
  • Experience with Title 2 of CFR, Section 200.
  • Experience with Grants and Cooperative Agreements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Must pass a background investigation.
  • Travel required but less than 15%.
